Okay, I'm updating this because I am bored and I can't get to sleep tonight. Such is my life. So. My name is Laura. Since I know once I write this I won't update it for awhile, I'll say my birthday is Oct. 1, 1982, and you can thusly figure out my age if you so desire. I'm a student at NYU double majoring in history and journalism. I love history and journalism just seems like a good idea. Um. Right.
I've been a matchbox twenty fan since Push, even though I resisted at first. (You can read about it on the experiences page) I first heard Push in May of '97, methinks, though I didn't start liking it until..ehh..maybe August of '97. I don't remember. Wow. I was 14 then. Okay, so right. Interestingly, Yourself or Someone Like You came out on my 14th birthday. And now I am rambling. I do this often folks and I do apologize. ::takes a sip of water:: Ahh, refreshing.
Hm. I grew up in Massachusetts. I have a family and three cats. I always wanted a treehouse (but never got one...YET!). I love reading, wandering around, and taking pictures. My absolute favorite word is 'flapdoodle.' My favorite sport is FOOTBALL! ::does a Beavis-like convulsion:: YEAH, YEAH, FOOTBALL! heh heh heh.
Oh! Okay so besides matchbox twenty I love Jump, Little Children, Howie Day, Wilco, Carbon Leaf, La Oreja de Van Gogh, Maroon 5, and the Beatles (I'm still convinced I'm going to marry Paul McCartney...and David Duchovny, but that's totally unrelated..). And I'm sure I like a whole assemblage of other things I can't remember because it's currently 3:26 am.
Gosh good golly, what else? I'm into a whole bunch of other stuff, I'm kind of weird, and I've never gone fishing. Imagine that. Right! Well, I think that about covers everything....schooling, location, age, tawdry crushes, treehouses, and fishing. Yep.
