The matchbox twenty show originally scheduled for Monday, May 12 has rescheduled for Sunday, May 11. As a FanBox20 ticket purchaser for this show, your confirmation postcard and tickets will be honored on Sunday. The change in the show date will not affect your seat location.
If you cannot attend the new date, you must email (boston@fanbox20.com) or call customer service (415) 575-6697 no later than Wednesday, May 7 at 4:00pm Pacific Time. Please be sure to email the special address we have set up for this show, which is boston@fanbox20.com. If you are planning to attend the new date, you do not need to call or email as your tickets will be transferred to Sunday, May 11 automatically.
